Medlit Graphics specializes in producing Medication Guides to the highest standard of quality in the industry. Using large format, perfecting sheet-fed presses, high-speed batch counters, and padding equipment allows us to produce these pads in any sheet
count and size.
Our labels can be printed in ten different color shades using our advanced electronic vision inspection systems which can detect color changes to the quarter of a shade with 100% accuracy for total quality assurance.
Medlit Graphics is equipped with the latest in miniature-folding equipment for the production of conventionally folded package inserts and miniature-folded inserts. We can produce in single color all the way up to a four-color process. We provide both cross folded inserts for manually inserted applications as well as parallel-folded inserts, for high-speed automatic insertion into a folded carton, which fold as small as ¾”. Medlit provides our customers with the ability to add a unique code or serial number on each insert in both one and two- dimensional format i.e. Pharmacode, Datamatrix, and Quick Response codes.
Our RTA (Right Turn Angle) outserts are presented in a variety of formats to meet Patient needs. This literature can be produced in a number of different formats with up to 266 panels and fold down to as small as to as small as1 1/8” x 1 1/8”. In addition, Medlit provides our customers with the ability to add a unique code or serial number on each outsert in both one and two-dimensional format i.e. Pharmacode, Datamatrix, and Quick Response codes.
